102-005 Male Born, 1962. Diagnosed Relapsing/Remitting in 1993 at age 31. Immigrated from Georgia to Canada at age 3.

Treatment, steroids both intravenous and pills with excellent results. Started low fat, gluten free, dairy free diet 1/96 with good result. I have fair diet control, normal weight, do Yoga exercise daily and believe stress is involved with MS. I was doing very well until 4 months ago, 6 months ago I started getting careless with diet & stress control.

103-001 Female Born, 1937 Diagnosed just MS 1991 at age 54.

Treatment, Steroids both intravenous and pills. BetaSeron 4 months, quit, try to follow dairy free, low fat diet, but it is difficult from a wheelchair. I'm normal weight and exercise twice a day with care giver. I believe stress is very involved with MS.

103-008 Female Born, 1944 Diagnosed with just MS in 1991 at age 47.

Treatment, Prayer has had good results. Fillings removed 1992 with no results. Bee venom therapy 3/94 to 6/94 excellent result as far as fatigue, quit because of pain but thinking about starting again, dairy free, low fat diet started 1991, six months before official MS diagnosis with good result. I have been on the diet for 6.5 years, think it is well worthwhile, have excellent diet control, am overweight, exercise every other day and believe stress is a factor in MS.

103-010 Male Born, 1964 Diagnosed Relapsing/Remitting in 1997 at age 50.

Treatment, Intravenous steroids, Avonex with good result. Dairy free, low fat diet started 6/97 with I feel positive result, but I only have fair diet control, overweight, do not exercise, I do feel MS is stress related.

106-002 Male Born, 1953 Diagnosed 1980 Relapsing/Remitting at age 27.

Treatment, Steroids both intravenous and pills, BetaSeron with only fair result, quit because of side effects, had fillings removed 1985 with no result, Bee venom therapy with good result 1993 to now, started dairy free, gluten free, low fat diet 1/97. Feel I have good result, that it is worthwhile, have excellent diet control, underweight, exercise 2 hours 2 times a week and do feel MS is stress related.

106-003 Female Born, 1948 Diagnosed chronic/progressive 1981 at age 33.

Treatment, Steroids both intravenous and pills, BetaSeron with fair result. Cobra venom therapy, no result, quit, went to Germany for Nieper therapy, quit. Started dairy free, low fat, vegetarian diet 1996. I feel the diet is worthwhile and my result will be excellent, I have good diet control, normal weight, do not exercise and think there is a connection between MS and stress.

106-031 Female Born, 1924 Diagnosed with just MS in 1985 at age 60.

Treatment, prayer, Started dairy free, vegetarian, low fat diet in 1986. Yes it is worthwhile, have excellent diet control, underweight, do water exercises 3 hours daily and do feel that MS is stress related.

109-005 Female Born, 1924 Diagnosed chronic/progressive 1964 at age 40.

Treatment, symptom drugs, started gluten free, low fat diet 1976. Quit gluten free because saw no result. Continue low fat diet, think it is worthwhile but only have fair diet control, normal weight, 1 hour of physical therapy daily and do feel MS is stress related. 111-001 Male Born, 1966 Diagnosed Relapsing/Remitting in 1996 at age 30.
